An African print smocked dress with an exaggerated puff sleeve in a vintage circles print in burnt orange hues. The sleeves may be worn on or off shoulder. It has a full skirt. The smocking at the chest of the dress gives a snug fit and a flattering silhouette. It has side pockets.
